I want to share my stats with you today, all my starting measurements to my weight loss and fitness journey. I want to be able to share my progress and failures. This is quite a brave post for me too, so if you're squeamish then please look away now......
It's really not the most flattering of pictures but that's the point. This is me in all my glory at the moment and it doesn't look healthy at all does it?!
My Stats
Height: 5ft 0"
Weight: 9st 3.5lb
BMI: 25.3
Bust: 36"
Waist: 33.5"
Hips: 35.5"
As you can see I am overweight for my height, I'm not looking for a quick fix I want a long term healthy lifestyle that I can stick to, I want to also include an exercise routine into my days, my health and fitness levels are really important in boosting my fertility and making it easier for me to conceive.
