Thank you for visiting my little slice of the interweb. I bet you're reading this and wondering so what is the point of this blog and why start it??
Well, I wanted a place where I could share with you everything I love in my life, as well as sharing my weightloss and fitness journey. I want to go from a frumpy mummy to a yummy mummy and hopefully you'll enjoy taking this journey with me.
I'm hoping to write about my successes and failures with getting back to my healthy lifestyle, I'll also share tips, tricks and yummy recipes.
I don't want my blog to focus on just one topic because that's not me. I'm a mummy that loves Food - Health - Fitness - Beauty - Lifestyle. So I'm hoping there will be something for everybody. I'm passionate about all these things and want to share that with you.
I wont be sharing any parenting or mummy related posts on here as I want to separate that part of my life even though it is a BIG part of me, So I have a separate blog for that, Rachel's Baby Diaries, you may find certain posts will cross over both blogs and I'm hoping that it will work and definitely make for more interesting reading.
