Pinch, punch, first of the month!! Hello March, I can't wait to see Spring!!
Something a little different today for you. I love drinking teas, and blogging is a great way to share with you what teas I've been loving each month. I will in the future try and share these posts at the end of the month.
I'm always on the look out for new flavours and new brands to try, I'm really looking forward to sharing with you my finds and my thoughts. I've been feeling a little bloated over the past week or so and my tummy hasn't been feeling the best especially after meal times.
So when I spotted this Pure Peppermint tea in Morrison's I thought I'd give it a try. The tea is 100% all natural Peppermint.
I like the simple
packaging, the only thing I don't like it the top opening and the foil
inside package. I know it's to keep the tea bags fresh but there's a lot
of faffing when it comes to making a cuppa.
They are great value though and I bagged these for £1 and there's 40 bags which is a bargain. It's recommended to let the tea brew for 2-3 minutes to let it infuse. I don't let it sit any longer because for me it ends up tasting stewed.
I've been having one of these in the morning and then one after my evening meal and it's been helping my tummy feel less bloated and start to feel better again.
