I've got a review today and it's a fantastic product. I received it in April's Fresh Faced The Natural Beauty Box, if you missed that post you can read it here.
It's a brand I'd never heard of or even tried before so I couldn't wait to try it out. It's Villiers London Floral Facial Steam. It costs £15 and when you open the lid wow, you get this gorgeous hit of lemon which transports you to a summer garden somewhere in the country.
It's packed full of 14 botanicals and essential oils and it has such a fresh and zesty smell, I can't get enough. The botanicals and essentail oils in this lovely mix are;
Rose Petals, Lavender Flowers, Lemon Verbena Peel, Marigold Flowers, Rosehip, Jasmine Flowers, Chamomile Flowers, Dandelion Root, Witch Hazel Leaf, Comfrey Leaf, Elder Flowers, Yarrow, Lemon Peel, Green Tea Leaf. Essential oils of Rose, Chamomile, Litsea and Lavender
The main use for this mix of petals and peels is as a facial steam. it's really easy to use and helps to open up the pores and remove toxins from the skin.
How to use;
Cleanse face thoroughly, removing all make up.
Pour boiling water into a large bowl and add 1-2 tablespoons of our Floral Facial Steam.
Cover head with a towel and steam face over bowl for 10-15 minutes inhaling the calming natural aromas, until the water has cooled. Take care not to scald the skin.
I've had really bad breakouts recently and I have to admit since using this once a week for the past couple of weeks my skin is clearing up and is starting to feel so much better. I tend to do this more in the evening and then apply a really good facial oil afterwards.
My skin feels so smooth, hydrated and soft since adding this to my evening routine once a week. You get so much product as well.
For £15 I would recommend this especially to those that need something calming and relaxing to add to an evening routine, and of course I will re-purchase this little gem.
I will be showing you what I use the left over floral water for over the coming days, it's such a fab product, nothing goes to waste.
Have you tried this before?? What did you think??
Lots of Love
