Sample Sunday | Marlenha Flourish Moituriser

Good Morning Beauties!!

It's Sunday so you know that means it's time for me to bring you a Sample Sunday post! The product I've used for today's review is a lovely moisturiser from Marlenha Beauty. I actually received this sample in my April LoveLula box and in case you missed it, you can read it here.

I'd never heard of Marlenha until I received this little sample sachet. Marlenha are a high-potency Italian skincare inspired by natures most exquisitely beautiful flowers. They have a range of formula's, each one is inspired by different flowers.

Combining nature's finest botanical extracts, pure plant oils and bio-active ingredients along with the industry's most advanced technology to create gentle yet highly effective skincare that will suit every skin type.

Flourish Moisturiser is for those with mature skin as it has anti-ageing properties that plump and hydrate the skin.

I'm starting to get into looking after my skin with anti-ageing products but I found this a little too rich for my skin. It was a thick creamy consistency and was really easy to apply. It did leave my skin feeling hydrated and soft. Now, unfortunately the sachet only had a couple of applications worth but if I was to purchase the full size tub of this I'm sure I could really tell the difference in my skin.

It has a really pleasant scent to it as well which makes it really enjoyable to use. I think my mum would benefit more from this type of moisturiser and would definitely see results. She's got really dry skin and I could see this giving her such a dewy complexion.

It has active ingredients in it like;
Soy protein (collagen boost): stimulates the production of collagen
Hyaluronic acids: delivers vital hydration, plumping and moisturising
Octapeptide (listed as Acetyl octapeptide-3): anti-wrinkle, anti-ageing. Reduces the depth of wrinkles.
Vitamin E: antioxidant that protects and repairs skin
DN-Age: prevents the visible signs of DNA photo-ageing
Lipomoist: a molecular film which is easily absorbed into the skin, many benefits including immediate and long-term hydration

It also has some lovely oils and extracts such as;
Cactus Fruit Extract, Rice Bran Oil, Organic Olive Oil, Wild rose, Rosehip Oil and Jojoba Oil. These all help to soften and hydrate the skin, have essential vitamins, antioxidant and fatty acids the skin needs. The Cactus has anti-inflammatory properties.

You can buy a full size 50ml tub for £47 which for some people could be a bit pricey but I really do think this would work wonders on sensitive, very dry and mature skin. This could be a Christmas present for my mum.

Have you tried this product before?? What did you think??

Lots of Love
